Our Founders
The founders of HLM have several decades of combined experience in Disaster Recovery work ranging from acute building disasters in critical facilities to major natural disasters.
Our experience includes working in benign conditions with all recovery resources available, to working in some of the most horrific settings where the marshaling of work forces for immediate response also included bringing potable water, fuel, power, security, dormitory, commissary and lavatory facilities for our crews and those of our clients.
Frank Headen
Frank Headen has owned and operated local and national companies in this industry since the 1980’s He has run many high-profile projects ranging from cleanup in both New York and Washington D.C. after 9/11, to major projects at most large natural disaster locations to other large-scale individual building disasters since then. He has been responsible for successfully and quickly putting many businesses back in operation after most any type of disaster – natural or man-made.
Bruce Lantrip
Bruce Lantrip has been an owner and a top level manager for several specialty abatement and disaster recovery cleanup companies since the 1980’s. He has directed the work on many public and private buildings in healthcare, government and other large commercial projects, to indentify cause and origin of problems and create scopes of work to get them completely and safely operational and within any regulatory guidelines, including environmental programs such as LEED.
Wade Miller
Wade Miller has over 25 years experience creating systematic processes for efficient operations and growing business development through the application of these processes. Most of this past decade he has run a Disaster Recovery company that focused on the recovery of healthcare facilities and other regulated and non-regulated commercial and industrial properties, to get them back in operations as soon as possible while mitigating all risks in the process.
