Our Notable Commercial Experience

Marquis Downtown High-rise Office Building

When a 4” pipe burst on the 30th floor of a newly occupied building flooded most floors and shorted out the power for the building, we responded quickly to provide power, dry, mitigate and decontaminate the entire structure. The building was fully operational much sooner than expected. We also helped solve some issues related to the cause of the problem helped give the client ways to improve an already well designed contingency plan.

Financial Institutions

We have been a responder for some major banks to keep their branches and offices operating no matter the type, origin or location of the disaster. The key has been to keep their operations running so no business is lost.

Converted Downtown Building

When occupants of a large downtown building that had been converted to office space were complaining of many different health effects from their workplace, our crews had to do some extensive investigation work. We found there were several issues stemming from the original use of the building. This ranged from water incursions, nesting birds, sewer gas emissions and ventilation issues causing toxic fumes and microbial growth. Our process uncovered all the issues and created a plan for remedy, demolition, decontamination and rebuilding. We executed all work to the satisfaction of the building owners and the occupants and kept them in full operation during the process.
