Government Restoration Management
Disaster Recovery Services for Government Buildings
We have worked with many types of government facilities at Federal, State and Local levels ranging from military, records storage, Federal Reserve, NASA, local offices and municipal operations. We understand the security concerns present in many government offices and maintain necessary documents and security clearances. Our services include full-service disaster recovery plus working with governmental agencies on insurance claims and with the FEMA and state representatives where applicable. We know how to get facilities running again within the structure of the governments for whom we work. Mitigation Management is in our nature.

Notable Government Experience
Gulf Coast City Recovery
Provided oversight and management of all environmental related recovery from Wind, Water & Mold damage to Demolition & Decontamination work, to abatement of Asbestos, Lead-based paint and other contaminants for over 100 municipal buildings after a major hurricane ravaged the city. This included working with insurance companies and FEMA officials to document and recover costs for the City. Our management services saved them several million dollars.
Pentagon, 9/11 Recovery
We were responsible for the cleanup of over 500,000 square feet of extensively damaged office complex. Work included Mitigation, Drying and Decontamination of the impact area. We also partitioned off the non-affected area so they could operate without the threat of cross-contamination from the damaged area. Our part was 12 days ahead of their schedule and recognized by the Secretary of Defense for outstanding response and superior work.
Federal Reserve Building
Performed full decontamination activity on portions of the Federal Reserve as a result of anthrax contamination subsequent to a terror event. We decontaminated mail, mail processing equipment and other areas of the facility to render the facility safe for operations.
Kennedy Space Center
On multiple occasions we have performed water damage and hurricane damage mitigation work on various buildings at the facility. Some of these were “mission critical” buildings and had to be treated with special care due to their function and the amount of IT equipment in them. We had to ensure against “cascading damage” from continued rains after initial storm damages and successfully mitigated, dried and cleaned these facilities.
