Water Damage

Water damage is the most common set of causes for building disasters. There are so many sources, ranging from internal issues like Pipe Bursts, Sprinkler-head Pops, Leaks, Sewage Backups, High Humidity and Condensation, to external issues like Floods, Roof & Gutter Drainage Problems and Wind-driven Rain.

We will identify:

  1. All cause and origin issues and their impact on the building
  2. Where all the water traveled or migrated
  3. What types of contaminants might be in the water

Concurrently we will be setting plans to protect other parts of the facility and equipment, beginning the water extraction and cleanup process, creating a complete Scope of Work then devise a recovery work plan. There are many dimensions to proper water damage cleanup. If not done properly other unnecessary damages can be created from rotting substrates and damaged equipment, to odors and excessive microbial growth.

Our strict process of discovery and restoration management will deliver the results you need to get your facility clean, dry, decontaminated and back in full operation so you can resume your business.
